- The definition of discrimination, stereotypes, prejudices and micro-aggression,

- Knowledge of the main criteria of discrimination and diversity issues,

- The Legal and Regulatory Framework.

The Group is already committed through strong acts. It especially adopted a charter on professional equality between men and women a few years ago.
