On October 8th, 3 persons from Smart came to Le Bignon facilities, in Nantes area, for a 2 days and half training.
A long-time customer of Fives, Smart was looking for a solution to optimize its uptime rate and avoid non planned curative maintenance. Working on it with Fives Filling and Sealing’s Service Department, Smart realized that their operators needed both training and tooling, and requested appropriate materials from Fives.
On October 8th, 3 persons from Smart came to Le Bignon facilities, in Nantes area, for a 2 days and half training. The main objective of the training was to upgrade maintenance staff’s knowledge in order to optimize the daily maintenance of their filling machines.
The customer was satisfied with this 2-day session that met the expectations of the operational teams. The duration, as well as the topics presented and the skills of the trainer were particularly appreciated.
Smart teams also had an opportunity to visit Fives Tech Center on spot, which is a unique place for Fives Filling and Sealing to develop new technologies, make feasibility tests and host training sessions as well.
